Walt Disney Studios Home Entertainment releases Army Wives: The Complete Third Season on DVD February 9th. I love this show and have missed so much of season 3. It was nice to be able to catch up on all of the episodes!
All eighteen riveting Season Three episodes take viewers inside the lives of five courageous military families on an active Army Reserve Post. A comprehensive five-disc set brings fans every Season Three episode plus behind-the-scenes features, bloopers, and much more.
Starring Kim Delaney (“NYPD Blue”), Catherine Bell (“JAG”), Sally Pressman (My Best Friend’s Girl), Brigid Brannagh (“Over There”) and Sterling K. Brown (Righteous Kill), the highly-praised drama follows the struggles, dreams and relationships of four very different women and one man, as they build their lives and families in the ever-changing environment of the US Army.
Bonus Features:
• Bloopers
• Deleted Scenes
• Six Webisodes – Featuring Joan and Roland Burton and Jeremy Sherwood
• Stationed In The South – The cast and crew of Army Wives take us behind the scenes in the historical city of Charleston, South Carolina, and show us how the city’s scenic landscape is integrated into the show.
• Army Wives Gives Back – Lifetime and The Army Wives team up to surprise deserving military families.
Season Three brings a new year of dramatic changes for the Army Wives. Watch their lives unfold in touching detail as they tackle the challenges faced daily by families on Army Reserve posts around the country. Pamela (Brigid Brannagh) digs in and fights to save her marriage after uncovering a hurtful secret, while the ever-resilient Claudia Joy (Kim Delaney) hides a painful truth of her own. Joan’s (Wendy Davis) struggle with a major decision leads her husband Roland (Sterling K. Brown) to imagine what his life would be like had he taken a different path, and Denise (Catherine Bell) and Frank (Terry Serpico) question the foundation of their relationship in the show’s most important season ever.

Mickey Mouse Clubhouse: Minnie’s Bow-tique on DVD February 9th
February 8, 2010 by Julie Bonner
Tomorrow (February 9) is the release of Mickey Mouse Clubhouse: Minnie’s Bow-tique on DVD. I had the chance to preview the DVD and the shows are so cute. This new release features four Minnie-themed stories including a never-before-seen episode and a fun Minnie magnet bow frame. This makes a great Valentine’s Day Gift for the Minnie Mouse fan in your family!
Two episodes, ‘Minnie’s Pajama Party,’ and ‘Minnie’s Bee Story, include Disney’s Adventure Mode – an interactive game using the remote control with multiple play levels.
It’s the grand opening of Minnie’s Bow-tique, a store jam-packed with every kind of bow and bowtie imaginable. The selections include: the “Glow-Bow”, a bow that changes color with every mood; the “Grow-Bow”, a bow that grows to tremendous size by just adding water; flying “Butterfly-Bows”; and a “Photo-Bow” that snaps instant pictures. Problems arise when Pete, embarrassed about buying a lady’s bow for his favorite aunt, causes a few accidental mishaps in the new store. Pictures: Selena Gomez’s New Clothing Line Dream Out Loud
February 7, 2010 by Julie Bonner
Check out some pictures of Selena Gomez’s new clothing line called Dream Out Loud. It’s set to be in stores sometime in 2010. Selena was looking at sketches the other day and she was so excited!
She talked about her clothing line back in October and said, “Growing up in Texas, I was sort of close-minded and kind of a tomboy, but as I’ve travelled, I found such a love of clothes. It’s really always been a dream of mine to have a line.”
What do you think of the line so far?
“Alice in Wonderland” Character Roll-out #3
February 7, 2010 by Julie Bonner
We have the third installment of the “Alice in Wonderland” character roll-out to share with you today. They feature the characters Mirana (The White Queen), Tweedledee and Tweedledum, The DoDo, Bayard The Bloodhound and The Bandersnatch. These pictures and character progressions are amazing!
Here’s a picture of Bandersnatch who is a disgusting, drooling, foul-smelling creature with a big filthy body and the squashed, teeth-baring face of a rabid bulldog. A swipe of his long claws leaves Alice with a rather painful reminder of the Red Queen’s horrible reign.
See the rest of the character descriptions and progressions below. Read More – “Alice in Wonderland” Character Roll-out #3
