Every girl needs a bright red hat with wings right? Okay, maybe not-so-much, but Vanessa Hudgens showed her comedic side as her and boyfriend Zac Efron walked through the LAX airport today (May 22).

Vanessa was wearing a Dr. Slump “Arale” cap. Why? Who the heck knows! And where can you get one of these? Ebay of course! It was Disney’s “High School Musical” movies which catapulted Zac Efron into major fame. The guy can’t walk along the street or through the airport without getting bombarded by paparazzi and fans. Here he is at LAX yesterday and a frenzy of flashbulbs followed him.

It looks like Zac Efron is done with Disney and is moving on and growing up. His latest film “17 Again” did pretty well at the box office. I had the chance to see it and I loved it! I thought Zac did an excellent job playing a grownup, who turned into a 17 year old kid.

It’s amazing to watch the first High School Musical and then “17 Again” and see how far his acting skills have really come. Zac’s been touring the country promoting the film and just yesterday (May 12), he was headed back to Japan for more promotional duties.

On Sunday, March 1st, Zac Efron tried going under cover in Hollywood, CA by driving around in a Toyota minivan. Unfortunately, just about nothing gets passed the paparazzi these days. They spotted him and snapped his picture. My question is, who’s minivan is that?

In other Zac Efron news, the “High School Musical” star has recognized by movie goers as the Breakthrough Performer of the Year. This is a new award from ShoWest and they gave it to Zac. Sweet!

If you watched any of the HSM3 extras on the DVD, then you probably saw the clip where Zac is trying his hand at being behind the camera. After messing with it for a few seconds, he gets called to the set and says, “I think I’ll stick with acting”. Well, we would like you too!

What a big night for Zac Efron and Vanessa Hudgens! They attended the 2009 Oscars last night (February 22) in Los Angeles. They weren’t just there to look pretty. Nope, they had jobs to do!

The High School Musical sweethearts performed Musical’s are Back with Hugh Jackman, Beyonce, Amanda Seyfried and Dominic Cooper (Mamma Mia!). The six stars performed songs from Chicago, Moulin Rough and High School Musical.

Zac also presented an award for Best Original Score award alongside Alicia Keys.

Later in the evening, the pair attended the 2009 Vanity Fair Oscar Party. These two will remember this exciting night for a very long time!

You’ve got the world at your feet, Zac! Have you got any advice for people who want to follow in your footsteps?

Z: The one thing I would say to anyone who is considering acting is do it because you love doing it. Don’t do anything just to be famous. It would really suck if you had the fame without the love for what you do.

Do you still enjoy acting?

Z: Are you kidding me? Of course I do! I wouldn’t change anything for the world, although the fame part of this industry is tough to handle at times. I can tell you that fame is probably the most unadorable thing about acting. High School Musical is what got me here today and I’m very grateful – but the fame part isn’t so fun.

Is it difficult to relax when you’re photographed wherever you go?

Z: To be honest, I can’t handle the paparazzi. They’re everywhere. One of them was in a dumpster trying to take my photo the other day. It was crazy! Another time, one was hanging off the back of a pick-up truck driving down a road. They think they’re being clever, but they’re not.

Zac Efron and Vanessa Hudgens are back from their busy couple of days in Tokyo. They were there to promote “High School Musical 3: Senior Year”. Zac and Vanessa attended the premiere and also did a couple of the television rounds.

I bet these two are exhausted and then they are met at LAX and have to smile and sign autographs. It’s all apart of the job I guess, but still! I hate being bothered after a long trip.

We saw Zac Efron and Vanessa Hudgens take off from LAX yesterday and now they are in Japan!

When the “High School Musical 3” stars landed at the Narita airport, they were greeted by hundreds of screaming fans. Zac and Vanessa are there to promote HSM3 and it looks as if some of Japan is excited about that!

Things were so crazy at the airport that more than 30 police and security guards had to set up perimeters around the couple as they made their way through arrivals.

One onlooker said, "I’ve never seen anything like it. Their fans were screaming and some were crying because they were so happy to see them."

It must feel good to be loved! +10 below.

Zac Efron and Vanessa Hudgens left for Japan today, January 24th! They were seen at LAX catching a departing flight.

They are headed to Tokyo to promote “High School Musical 3: Senior Year”.

It’s been reported that Zac was flirting with “Transformers” star Megan Fox at the Golden Globes and that Vanessa was sulking in the corner. I saw pictures of them hugging at the GGs, but from the looks of it, things are just fine with Zanessa. Vanessa seems like too confident of a woman to be “sulking in a corner” somewhere, while her man flirts. I don’t believe it for a minute!

Zac was a presenter at the awards and Vanessa was there as his lovely date. Later in the evening, the happy couple was spotted entering an after party the Sunset Towers on Sunset Boulevard, along with Megan Fox.
