As part of the “Princess Protection Program” weekend, a brand new episode of “Wizards of Waverly Place” will air. Here’s a preview:

In “Paint By Committee”, Alex is selected to paint the school’s mural, which she is very excited about. However, after using magic to make the mural, she ends up messing up her own artistic ideas.

Selena Gomez and Demi Lovato will host three evenings dedicated to their new Disney Channel Original Movie “Princess Protection Program”.

The premiere weekend will include a sneak peek at several upcoming events – a one-hour episode of “Hannah Montana;” a triple crossover episode entitled “Wizards on Deck with Hannah Montana;” the Disney Channel Original Movie “Wizards of Waverly Place The Movie;” and an exclusive first-look at the highly-anticipated Walt Disney Pictures animated movie, “The Princess and the Frog.”

Selena Gomez had a very busy weekend! On Friday night, Selena was seen departing from the Toronto airport, after being there for the “Princess Protection Program” premiere. She was spotted again on Saturday morning wearing the same outfit and looking quite worn out.

Before heading to the television studio, Selena and her mom stopped at subway to grab a bite to eat. Later in the day, she was seen again exiting the television studio and looking more refreshed. According to reports, she was filming a new music video for “Wizards of Waverly Place”.

Speaking of WOWP, Selena has said that most likely after Wizards is over, she’s done with television. She wants to go to college, as well as focus on movies. I guess she had a great experience filming “Ramona and Beezus”. There’s no word on how much longer WOWP will air on the Disney Channel, but we know we can at least expect one more season.

“Wizards of Waverly Place” cutie Jake T. Austin stars in the movie “Hotel for Dogs” which premieres in theaters tonight!

Yesterday (January 15), was the Los Angeles premiere of the movie and Jake’s Wizards of Waverly Place co-stars came out to support him. Selena Gomez, David Henrie and Jennifer Stone were at the premiere. Selena even posed with her on-screen boyfriend Daniel Samonas.

A new episode of “Wizards of Waverly Place” entitled “Fairy Tale” airs on SUNDAY, JANUARY 18 (8:30-9:00 p.m., ET/PT) on Disney Channel. As director of the school’s production of "Peter Pan," Justin casts Harper to play Tinkerbell, but Alex is forced to step in and play the role when Harper is sidelined by an injury. Meanwhile, Max writes a review of the play for the school paper.

Here’s Selena Gomez’ appearance on Live with Regis and Kelly. It was her first time on the show and they brought out some old pictures of her on Barney. She talks about Demi Lovato, her sweet sixteen party and that she doesn’t have a boyfriend, but she’s “Lookin‘”. They asked her who her big crush was and she mentioned Shia LeBeouf again.

They also have a scene from the new WOWP episode that airs this weekend!

Selena also mentioned how she’s not a replacement for Miley Cyrus and that she just wants to be herself. She said that Miley is good at what she does.

They also talked about Wizards of Waverly Place and Another Cinderella Story.

Selena Gomez was on EXTRA and talked about being a role model, getting in trouble, staying grounded and the supposed Miley Cyrus fued. When asked about who she has on her iPod she said some of her best friend Demi Lovato’s songs, Fall Out Boy, Jonas Brothers and she has Miley’s new CD Breakout on there. She said she really likes her new CD and that she is “jammin to some of that“.

Selena also informed us that her character Mikayla on Hannah Montana is done. She said it was fun, and she had a good timem but that they are done.

Did you notice that the interview was done on the set of Wizards of Waverly Place? I love that set! It’s so colorful.

Speaking of Selena’s iPod, she was photographed at the LAX airport yesterday with her Blackberry and iPod. I wonder who she’s listening to? Selena was greeted at the airport by a swarm of paparazzi. She doesn’t seemed phased by them and she also even gives them a wave in one of the pics.

Selena Gomez is scheduled to appear on ‘Live with Regis and Kelly‘ Thursday, July 31st. You can also catch her on the Disney Channel Games which premiere tonight at 8/7 c.

Selena has been very busy lately between filming “Another Cinderella Story” with Drew Seeley and “Princess Protection Program” with gal pal Demi Lovato. She has also started working on “Wizards of Waverly Place” season 2!

And of course she has been in the news because of the whole Rolling Stone article and picture where she has been linked to Nick Jonas. Who hasn’t been linked to one of the Jonas Brothers? LOL

Selena also just turned sweet 16 the other day! Can life get any better for this girl?
