Ryan asked both Zac and Vanessa about their totally secret Oscar performance and they wouldn’t say anything!

Vanessa wore a Marchesa gown and she said the designer fixed it just for her. The gown was short, but she wanted it long. She looked gorgeous!

Vanessa Hudgens Chats HSM3, Weird Gossip and More!

February 13, 2009 by Julie Bonner

HighSchoolMusical3_Photo_03

What’s it really like to be Vanessa Hudgens? The High School Musical cutie reveals all as she chats about missing her prom, traveling the world and the weird lies written about her in the press…

Is it true you missed out on your high school prom, Vanessa?

V: It is true! I was home schooled, so I didn’t have a prom – but I had one with High School Musical 3. I really enjoyed filming the prom scene and I think it looks amazing on screen.

Are you sad you missed out on a prom?

V: Not really. The after-parties at the premieres around the world were also a lot like proms because we’d all be dressed up so smartly. I’ve had quite a few proms now and they’ve all been really good fun!

What happened at the premiere after-parties?

V: A lot of the events had music blasting and great food – and we’d all dance away. I guess it wasn’t exactly like a prom, but all of my best friends were there and that’s all that matters.

Sound like the HSM3 premieres were very hard work…

V: Ha ha! I really enjoyed the premieres because I love traveling. I’ve always wanted to travel, so visiting these different places with High School Musical has been an amazing experience.

Zac Efron, Vanessa Hudgens on Ellen

October 31, 2008 by Julie Bonner

Zac Efron was recently on Ellen to promote High School Musical 3 and her crowd went nuts! I was hoping that he would dance during the intro with Ellen, but he didn’t. Ellen talks about how creative the choreography was and the whole tire scene during “The Boys are Back”.

Zac talks about the supposed attack by a crazy fan. The guy was just pointing at Zac and he was tackled. Poor guy! Ellen then asked Zac about his hair and if he would ever cut it. She then pulled out a razor and Zac actually said she could cut a little off of the back. She didn’t.

At the end there’s a great game called Zac or Smack.

High School Musical 3 sweeties Vanessa Hudgens and Ashley Tisdale were on Good Morning America to promote HSM3, which hits theaters in the U.S. this Friday, October 24th.

They were asked what has changed since their fame and Ashley said that she now gets to fly first class for free. lol They also talked about how all of them live close to each other and are really good friends off screen too.

Ashley talks about Sharpay’s big music number "I Want it All". She said it’s one of the biggest numbers in the movie, with 5 wardrobe and wig changes. It’s Sharpay’s dream come true.

We also get to see a very sweet scene with Troy and Gabriella where it looks like she is telling him goodbye. Sniff, sniff. How sad. Zac and Vanessa on screen together is amazing, isn’t it? They should do a romantic comedy together or something.

Check out the full interview below. Oh, and Zac Efron will be on GMA tomorrow!

Vanessa Hudgens September 2008 Teen Vogue Interview and Cover Picture

July 30, 2008 by Julie Bonner

Vanessa Hudgens is on the cover of the September 2008 issue of Teen Vogue. She looks so young in that picture doesn’t she?!

Vanessa did the photo shoot and interview in Utah on a day off from the High School Musical 3 set. She flew out by helicopter to some local sand dunes. Sounds, um, hot and sandy. :D

She chatted with Teen Vogue about leaving the HSM franchise, on her love with Zac Efron, and her HSM character Gabriella.

When asked about graduating from the HSM franchise she said, “It’s sad. This is our last time doing a movie together, and we love each other so much. We really grew up together. We can be free when we’re around one another, and the amount of fun we have is ridiculous.

When asked about her personal relationship with Zac Efron she said, “I keep my relationship quiet. I think that works.”

She also spoke about how proud she is of her HSM character Gabriella, “I love that Gabriella is Hispanic. It’s nice to be able to stand up for people who don’t have someone to look up to very often.

You can get your copy of Teen Vogue Tuesday, August 5th! And check out some behind the scenes footage of the photo shoot with Vanessa below. Read more

Vanessa Hudgens on EXTRA

July 3, 2008 by Julie Bonner

Vanessa Hudgens stopped by EXTRA to talk about…..Identified! While chatting about her new album she mentioned that her boyfriend Zac Efron approves of it and that he loves it.

She also shut out rumors that Johnny Depp is in High School Musical 3. Wouldn’t that be weird? I am a HUGE Johnny Depp fan, but I just couldn’t see him on HSM3. Vanessa says that she wishes he was because he is awesome. I totally agree!

Vanessa also mentioned how she has grown up a lot and learned from her past mistakes. You can catch Vanessa on TRL today!

Vanessa Hudgens Mentions High School Musical 4 to Ryan Seacrest

July 3, 2008 by Julie Bonner

E! News Now says that the last time they asked Vanessa Hudgens about a High School Musical 4, she denied that there would be one. She confirmed to Ryan Seacrest today that there would probably be one, but she didn’t know if any of them would participate in it.

There has already been confirmation from Disney that there will be a High School Musical 4 and that it’s being written. We have also heard almost all of the current cast say they wouldn’t be returning and that this was their last time. Ashley Tisdale said that it was time to move on after HSM3.

I think the fact that they are graduating and heading to college pretty much means this is the end for the current cast. They also brought some newbies in who can carry on the HSM franchise. Maybe, just maybe there will be some sort of involvement from the some of the old cast. From some of the HSM3 spoilers I have heard, they could possibly be setting that up, but I doubt it. Anyway, what do you think about a High School Musical 4? Do you think the third one should be the last?

Vanessa Hudgens Leaving TRL

July 2, 2008 by Julie Bonner

Here are those gorgeous pictures of Vanessa Hudgens leaving TRL that I was telling you about. Doesn’t she look great?! I can’t imagine seeing that plaid dress look better on anyway. Notice her can of Red Bull? What a great advertisement for them and also a great way for Vanessa to stay energized during all her press events she has going on.

Vanessa stopped by TRL to perform “Sneakernight” and promote her new album Identified. I believe her TRL segment will air on Thursday of this week. I’ll keep a look out for it.
