The Walt Disney Company has said it will donate $100,000 to Haiti earthquake victims. They are donating to the Red Cross.
Chief executive Roger Iger made a statement about the donation saying, “We hope this donation will help the Red Cross to provide immediate aid and relief to the thousands of people affected by this terrible tragedy.”

Selena Gomez called into Radio Disney and got the news of her life. She was rather excited! What was the news? Her single “Falling Down” hit the number one spot for the first time on Radio Disney’s “TOP 30 Countdown with Jake” this weekend. You can listen to her reaction here. Selena Gomez is an ambassador for UNICEF and a spokesperson for the Trick-or-Treat for Unicef program for the second year in a row.
