Her Hannah Montana co-star Emily Osment has also been nominated in the Favorite Breakout Movie Actress category, so it looks like these BFFs will be going head to head.

In an interview with the AP, Miley taks about her fans and how great they are to her on twitter. She said, "I’m stoked that people have been so supportive. On my Twitter, (I get) so many replies like ‘This song inspires me’ and ‘This inspires me.’ … One of the reasons why I love that site is being able to see what people are saying about the record."

Miley also talked about how she sometimes writes songs for herself. She’ll share them with a friend or two, but they aren’t ones that would end up on an album.

“Yes, sometimes I write songs just to write them. I have written thousands of songs that are just for me. I will even play them for my friends, and they will say, ‘Will that be on your next record?" and I’ll say, ‘No, that was just for me. That was just for my peace of mind." And I think that is important to do that. Not always writing a song and be like, "Oh, that is going to be on a record.’ If it sounds great and it is something that you think goes along with the album that you are putting together, that is awesome. If not then it’s cool. It doesn’t matter."

Miley was there, along with co-star Kelly Preston to promote her Disney film “The Last Song”. She stars as a teenager who reconnects with her father years after her parents go through a nasty divorce. It sounds like one great and emotional movie.

Disney Pictures has been tweeting through the whole event. They said, “Live performance of The Climb by @MileyCyrus #D23” and uploaded this picture.

Later they tweeted, "@mileycyrus Great job today! We enjoyed your performance at the Expo. (And, see, we’re addicted to Twitter, too…)." I think it’s great that Disney Pictures is addicted to twitter. Welcome to the club!!

As Miley stopped in at the Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf in Toluca Lake, California with some gal pals, she stopped to make some time for fans. She posed for pictures and was very gracious to talk to her fans. I know she missed Tybee, but I bet it feels great to be back home!

Before stopping for coffee, Miley, her sister Brandi and mom Tish, pampered themselves to a mani-pedi. Yesterday Miley tweeted, “@thebrandicyrus and I are having the best day ever! Sushi, Shopping, Coffee Bean, Nails, and a b-day party for Dad!”

The show was held at the Gibson Amphitheatre on Sunday night (August 9) in Universal City, CA.

Miley tweeted after the awards show, “Gave a hug to Rob Pattinson today. Ok girls I get it now. So cute. Sorry "Robby" bout all my bashing in my past ” LOL! She has now joined the rest of the world of girls and their Rob obsession. Welcome to the club Miley!

Miley is now back in Tybee Island to continue filming “The Last Song”. She also performed her newest single “Party in the USA” at the 2009 Teen Choice Awards.

Miley was also photographed quite a bit yesterday (June 19) while filming some scenes on the beach. Check out this cute picture of the “Hannah Montana” star.

When will we get to see this movie in theaters? Not until January 8, 2010. Until then, we will just have to enjoy the pictures and any news that leaks out about the movie. I am looking forward to seeing Miley ins omething that’s completely not related to Hannah Montana.

Miley is also seen chilling out, running along the beach holding her script and sitting in her “The Last Song” chair taking a break. I think this movie is going to be beautiful. I am loving all of these beach scenes they are shooting.

The “Hannah Montana” star definitely seems to be enjoying herself in Savannah, GA. She’s getting in a lot of jet skiing time. She just posted this twitpic of her “jetskiing with my girls =]”.

The Last Song is “A drama centered on a rebellious young woman who is sent to spend the summer with her estranged father.”

Miley is in Savannah, GA filming her new movie “The Last Song”. She’s been pictured jet skiing with Nick Jonas and has seemed a little bored lately and a little lonely. Check out some of her latest tweets:

The event was sponsored by Disney and benefited the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation. Miley performed at the event, singing hit songs such as “Fly on the Wall”.

Popstar! was at the event and interviewed Miley on the red carpet. They asked her if she could read anyone’s diary, who’s would it be. Who’s diary would she read?

Miley said, “If I could read anyone’s diary, it would have to be Johnny Depp’s diary because he probably talks about movies he’s gonna do and then I could sneak in there and beg him to let me be in one”.

Johnny Depp’s diary would no doubt be a good read!
