The Jonas Brothers cover Rolling Stone Magazine for the second time! In an interview with the magazine, Kevin, Joe and Nick talk about gaining musical credibility.

Kevin said, “I think we are working to make that trade without having to give anything up. But I think it will take time, because of where we came from. I would honestly say to anybody, if you were in a band like us, you would take advantage of those platforms too. It’s easy for people to say, ‘No, I’m a real rock & roller,’ but I think you do what you’ve got to do.”

The Jonas Brothers have been a teen pop sensation and now they are on the road, for what they know, will be a long journey to that musical credibility they are aiming for. They all know that rarely do teen pop sensations make the leap to “serious artists”.

Joe Jonas told the mag, “Personally, I’m not in the band to say, ‘Hey, you need to respect us, take us seriously,’ because that’s kind of stupid. We’re doing it because we love it, and we don’t care what age group we attract. If they like our music, they like our music, and if they don’t, fine. We don’t need you like our music.”

The Jonas Brothers are in my town tonight…Denver, Colorado on their2009 World tour!

Did you see the Jonas Brothers on “Larry King Live” last night? The show openened up and all you could hear were a bunch of screaming girls. The show was broadcast from the new Dallas Stadium, where the Jo Bros will kick off their 2009 World Tour.

Larry started off the show asking them how they become an act.

Kevin said, “It actually started with Nick. He originally was doing Broadway shows and myself, I was doing commercials and Nick and Joe were both on Broadway at the same time. Nick wrote a song with my dad, for a Christmas CD, it was like a charity CD and someone at a record label heard it and signed Nick…wanted him to start his own project…started his record and thn we wrote a song together called ‘Please Be Mine’ and that song kind of…the record label heard it, wanted to sign all three of us and that’w when the Jonas Brothers began.”

Cool story isn’t it?!

Larry also asked if they had any girlfriends and Joe and Kevin said ‘Yes’ but Joe said his girlfriend wasn’t as famous as Miley. Watching the interview and their faces, it definitely seems Niley is back together. What do you think?

The Jonas Brothers will be on Larry King Live tonight @ 9PM ET/PT on CNN and the show was filmed from the brand new Dallas Cowboys Stadium. On June 19th, they’ll have their dress rehearsal for their 2009 World Tour and on June 20th, the tour kicks off!

Larry King talked about how the business the Jonas Brothers are in, isn’t exactly the most secure business. He asked them if they feel like they know how long this can go on.

Kevin responded with, “I think we’ve learned, in what we’re growing through, it living without expectations. And I think for us, we are happy and content and  I think we can use the example of our new record. We are really happy with the new sound and the new songs…what we got to write about, what we went through to write about and I think for us, we know where we are headed but we definitely just enjoy it.”

The Jonas Brothers don’t ask themselves how long this is going to last. They are just enjoying themselves and I think that’s the only way to survive in this career, but I also think they are going to be around for a very long time.

Not only did the Jonas Brothers win Favorite Music Group at the 2009 Kids Choice Awards, but they performed too. Kevin, Joe and Nick sang S.O.S. and Burnin’ Up, which are two definite crowd pleasing songs. I though they looked good, sounded good and had one heck of an evening.

Before the awards show kicked off, they took a minute to stop and do an interview. The crowd was going insane! They were asked how they were going to celebrate if they won the award. What did they say?

Joe Jonas said, “Well hopefully get slimed. That would be pretty cool.”

Kevin Jonas said, “It’s been a dream of ours for a long time to get slimed, so maybe that’ll happen this year.”

Well, their dream came true! They got slimed at the end of the show as you’ll see in a video clip below. They were also asked how they felt about their upcoming performance, who the biggest farter, burper and scaredy cat was. Interesting question. See what they had to say below.

The Jonas Brothers are not planning on slowing down anytime soon. They recently chatted with MTV about their upcoming Disney Channel series “JONAS”, their world tour and a new album. WOW!

"Before the TV show comes out, we have our tickets for our tour going on sale. We have the [TV] show in May, then the album, then the tour," Kevin Jonas said. "So we have a lot of things in the pipeline. But things are looking fun right now."

They are almost done filming the first season of “JONAS”, which is good because they have a lot ahead of them.

Joe Jonas said, "We have, like, a week left of the television [show]," he said of the shooting schedule. "It’s, like, one and a half weeks."

2009 is definitely a busy year for Kevin, Joe and Nick. But hey, they are hot right now, so they need to ride it while they can. They will always have a large group of followers I believe, but they are on top of the world right now with their movie, new show, etc.

Not only are the arrival pictures starting to pour in, but so are the interviews! Someone (I honestly have no idea who, lol) stopped the Jonas Brothers on the purple carpet to snap and interview. They chatted about a few random things and then he asked them about their pins that they were wearing. You can see them really well in the pictures.

Nick Jonas said, “These are our pins. It’s our symbol, the Jonas Brothers symbol. Somebody made them for us as a gift and we thought they were very nice, so we decided to put them on”.

Aw, that’s sweet!

He also stopped Demi Lovato and got to talk to her about how she’s apart of this movie and this sensation too. She also shows off her cute ring and massive earrings. Check it out!

The Jonas Brothers had a press conference yesterday, February 23rd, to promote their new movie. They were talking about their Surprise Theater Invasion and how excited they are about it. Kevin said that they are all about their fans and this is a way they can show them their appreciation.

The audience asked all kinds of questions about having cameras around them all the time and just their whole experience through making the movie. Check it out!

The Jonas Brothers are continuing their press tour for their movie “Jonas Brothers: The 3D Concert Experience”.

Last night, February 23rd, they made an appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live.

As Kevin, Joe and Nick came out on stage, the girls went nuts! Jimmy said, “You guys are going to be so hard of hearing when you’re old”.

Then Kevin said, “My dad already blames up for the fact that he can’t hear our own concerts anymore. He says ‘It’s your fault’”

Nick went on to say that it’s not always like this. They don’t go to the grocery store and get screamed at by fans. Suuuuure they don’t! Watch the interview clips below.

Kevin, Joe and Nick Jonas sat down together on Barbara Walters Oscar Special Sunday night (February 22). They were asked everything from relationships to music.

The special opened with giving us some background on each of the Jonas Brothers. It’s so fun to see old photos of them when they were little kids.

When Ms. Walters starting pressing for relationship scoop, she wasn’t getting much out of them. She said, “Am I going to find anything out here?” Joe Jonas responded with, “Probably not, but this is fun”. Obviously being a little sarcastic. I think it is incredibly smart for these guys to protect their love life. Even though I know all of you are dying to know everything!!

They went on to talk about their fans and how much they mean to them. They believe their fans will be with them forever and will grow with them. It was a great interview! Check it all out below. Read more
