Let me tell you, I can not wait to see Miley trying to work with a real duck. Should be funny! +4 below.

The other exciting bit of news, is that on November 10th (that’s today!), Lucas has a Christmas CD debuting. It’s called “It’s Hackin’ Christmas with Fred”.

The album will be available on iTunes and Amazon.com. The album is a new and fresh interpretation of classic Christmas songs such as “Jingle Bells” and “12 Days of Christmas” as well as two original songs – “Christmas Cash” and “Christmas is Creepy.”

The music video for “Christmas Cash” will premiere on November 10 on youtube.com/fred and will be included as a bonus with purchase of the album. Cruikshank co-wrote the original songs with veteran songwriters Matthew Gerrard and Robbie Nevil.

“Its Hackin’ Christmas with Fred” album will help bring awareness to the charity NUTS FOR SQUIRRELS which is dedicated to banking acorns so that all squirrels can make it through the cold and snowy winter. Fred would like us all to be “nuts for squirrels” this Christmas season.

Her stint as a guest judge turns complicated when Oliver auditions and delivers a knock-out performance. Oliver turns into a heartthrob overnight and gets so caught up with the attention, he neglects Lilly, so when he is scheduled to perform again, Lilly pressures Miley to give him a bad review so he won’t advance to the next round. Much to their dismay, he delivers another great performance and Miley finds herself stuck between being honest or helping Lilly. Meanwhile, as punishment for receiving a traffic ticket, Robby makes Jackson clean the attic. When another ticket arrives, father and son discover a case of mistaken identity.

The script was being re-written after parents complained about how the subject was portrayed on the episode. What was their beef with the episode?

“Our idea was that Oliver had a really bad case of diabetes and he couldn’t eat any sugar and then a lot of the people were saying, ‘No, people with diabetes can still eat sugar. This is wrong! You’re teaching kids wrong messages.’”

“But it’s not wrong,” Mitchel said. “There are people out there who cannot have sugar. That’s just the way of life.”

Well, finally, on September 20th the episode will air and we can all see it! The episode is about Miley (Miley Cyrus) and Lilly (Emily Osment) reacting to the fact that Oliver (Mitchel Musso) has been diagnosed with juvenile diabetes. They turn into the food police at a sweet 16 party and do whatever they can to keep Oliver from eating certain kinds of foods. Together, they all work through the subject of juvenile diabetes and the challenges people who have it face. It ends with a feel good message.

In a letter to viewers Disney made this statement: “We sincerely hope you will find that this revised story more accurately incorporates the subject of living with Type 1 diabetes, with the theme of the character Oliver learning to rely on his friends for support, no matter what challenges may arise.”

She said, "I don’t think anyone wants to see Hannah Montana ever end, so I think we need to do that. We need to do something like Hannah Montana Goes to London or Hannah Montana on Ice!" Well, there is a Hannah Montana book entitled Live from London being released in January, but I don’t think that’s what she means.

Filming for season 4 will soon be underway. The cast will shoot anywhere from 15 to 28 episodes. We have all heard that season 4 is the last episode and have heard it from the mouth of Billy Ray Cyrus. Obviously, the theme of the fourth season makes one think it’s over too. But Emily doesn’t want it to end.

She said, "I would love to do a season five. I have a blast with these guys."

Mitchel said, “In the last episode of Season 3, Oliver leaves on a six-month tour, so I might miss the first couple of weeks of [Season 4]. But other than that, you’ll see me. And I’ll be back with a lot more music. So yes, I’m taking a little time off to work on my music, but I have a bunch of new acting gigs coming up, too. I can’t talk about them just yet, but keep your ears open.”

The “Hannah Montana” star kicked off his tour last week in his home state of Texas. He’ll be on a 38-city tour and will alternate between headlining and opening nine shows for Metro Station, which features his brother Mason and Miley’s brother Trace.
