‘Breakout’ Review from Dana Franks of Media Scribbler

Dana Franks, from over at Media Scribbler, wrote an awesome review of Breakout, Miley Cyrus‘ new album that dropped today. Dana really focused on Miley’s music and set aside all of the scandals everyone else seems to be constantly talking about.
