Set sail with the release of “Morning Light“ on DVD and Blu-ray today, June 16th. Producers Roy E. Disney and Leslie DeMeuse present a true-to- life, unscripted account how a crew of young adults set sail to compete in the oldest and most prestigious open sea race in the world, the Transpacific Yacht Race from Los Angeles to Honolulu, Hawaii.

I was very excited when I received this film to review. “Morning Light“ is real. It challenges this group of people like they’ve never been challenged before. It shows you that you can do anything you want if you just put your mind to it. I was absolutely amazed at the sport of sailing and this race that takes place from L.A. to Honolulu. Sailing like this takes a special sort of person and it was fun getting to know these young adults and hear about their backgrounds.

Here’s a little bit more about the film:

Fifteen young sailors…six months of intense training…one chance at the brass ring. A group of intrepid
and determined young men and women on the cusp of adulthood embark on their first great adventure
AS they vie for a berth on a high-performance racing sloop. Morning Light is an exhilarating and

Walt Disney Studios Home Entertainment will release The Suite Life on Deck: Anchors Away! on DVD August 25th. Which means you can get Sonny and Suite Life on the same day!

All-new adventure, fun and excitement on the latest Disney Channel Original Series takes to the seas as tween favorites Dylan and Cole Sprouse reprise their roles from the Emmy-nominated series The Suite Life of Zack & Cody.

The Suite Life on Deck: Anchors Away! follows twin brothers Zack and Cody Martin (Dylan and Cole Sprouse) and hotel heiress London Tipton (Brenda Song) as they enroll in a semester-at-sea program aboard the SS Tipton. Much to his chagrin, dutiful hotel manager Mr. Moseby (Phill Lewis) must go aboard, too, assuming responsibility for all three. The DVD contains four episodes, including one with Ashley Tisdale (High School Musical) reprising her role as Maddie from the original series, along with many bonus features!

The bonus features include “Debby on Deck”, which is where the guys interview Debby Ryan, the newest member of the cast. You’ll also get to see The Floating Premiere, which is 10 minutes of jam-packed fun at the star studded premiere.

You can pre-order The Suite Life on Deck: Anchors Away! and have it the day it comes out. I’ll have a review for you a couple of weeks before the DVD drops. I am looking forward to it!
