I have some exciting news today about a new song that will debut from the movie.

Disney XD and Radio Disney will premiere "Low Day," the first music video from the original movie "Skyrunners," on FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 13 (7:28 p.m., ET/PT). The video offers sneak peeks from the science fiction adventure movie and is set against a backdrop that matches the dynamic action sequences of the movie. "Low Day" is performed by the pop alternative rock band Capra, which is fronted by the movie’s star, Kelly Blatz.

The song will Planet Premiere on Radio Disney at 3:00 p.m., ET/PT. The band will also make an exclusive appearance at Radio Disney joining on-air personality Ernie D in studio for a Take Over to talk about their new song and the upcoming movie.

"Low Day" was written by Hollywood Records artist Capra and the video was directed by Declan Whitebloom (Jonas Brothers’ "S.O.S.," Mitchel Musso’s "The In Crowd"). In addition to Blatz, Capra is Paul Laliberte (bass), Shelby Archer (guitar), Michael Johnson (drums) and Jeff Laliberte (guitar).

"Skyrunners," a sci-fi adventure that features alien creatures designed by the Academy Award-winning Weta Workshop ("The Lord of the Rings," "The Chronicles of Narnia") will be presented on Disney XD, Friday, November 27 (5:00 p.m., ET/PT). The story follows teenage brothers Tyler (Joey Pollari) and Nick Burns (Kelly Blatz) who commandeer a small UFO that crashes near their town. They soon learn the spacecraft is "alive" and there’s an ominous alien plot to take over Earth.

"Moises Rules!" a new short-form sports series that invites kids to challenge Moises Arias (Rico in "Hannah Montana") in fun sports competitions, including foam tetherball and finger football, premieres MONDAY, DECEMBER 7 (5:00 p.m., ET/PT) on Disney XD. If he wins, Moises gets the bragging rights, "Moises Rules.”

New features and exclusive show content will debut Tuesday, November 10 at www.DisneyXD.com, where viewers can send a shout out to Moises, play sports-themed games and download all-new wallpapers.

Moises Arias has mad sports skills and an unstoppable attitude when challenged by kids in a variety of sports competitions. The challengers include 13-year-old Ross "The Boss," 11-year-old James, 12-year-old Larry and 14-year-old Kenton.

Thursday, December 10

"Dash and Splash!" –The crowd goes wild to see Larry and Moises on a super water slide to see if "Moises Rules" or if Larry can defeat him in a "Backyard Slide-Off" competition.

I had the pleasure of interviewing Ryan Newman, who plays Ginger on the show. She’s the little sister, the only girl on the show and she does her part so well! You may know her from the movie “Zoom” with Tim Allen or Hannah Montana, where she played a young Miley. I loved speaking with her and she is so nice! Enjoy the interview.

Disney Society: When did you decide that you wanted to be an actress?

Ryan: When I was about 2, I started begging my parents. I would point at the TV and say ‘I do that! I do that!’. So, eventually, when I was about 3 1/2 my parents finally gave in and we started working with an agent and then doing print, commercials…and now, TV and movies.

Disney Society: How did you get started in the acting business?

Ryan: I started doing print, modeling and commercials. Then, I moved on to TV and movies when I was about 6.

Disney Society: What was your first big job that you were totally excited about?

Ryan: Probably the movie "Zoom" with Tim Allen. It was a big thing for me because I was only 7.

Disney Society: What was your first job with Disney?

Ryan: My first job with Disney was Hannah Montana, playing a young Miley.

Disney Society: Did you have to audition for the role of a young Miley?

Ryan: Yes, I had to audition for it and the same day I went to a call back. That night we heard that I booked it and I think it was the next day that I had to go in for filming.

Disney Society: What was it like being on the set of Hannah Montana? Was it a lot of fun?

Ryan: Oh yeah, it was awesome. Especially since I had already worked with Mitchel [Musso] on Monster House, so it was nice to see him again. I hadn’t seen him for like a couple of years maybe…something crazy like that.

Disney Society: Zeke and Luther sure is a big hit on Disney XD! How did you land the role of Ginger?

Ryan: It wasn’t easy! It was a very, very long process. First there was an audition and then pretty soon the call back. Then there was a chemistry test for a mix and match type thing and network. Since I hadn’t done the mix and match much, I had to go to the table read to see the chemistry between the characters that were cast. So yeah, it was a pretty crazy, long process.

Disney Society: I can’t imagine how much fun it is to work with Hutch, Adam and Daniel….are they as crazy in real life as they are on the show?

Ryan: Hutch is pretty much like his character. Adam is nothing like his character, he is the complete opposite and Daniel isn’t really like his character.

Disney Society: It really seems like you all have such great chemistry on the show.

Ryan: Oh definitely and the boys are so great with me. They never leave me out of anything…because of the age difference. They’re like 3 older brothers and just make me feel so special. And especially being the only girl…they are just so sweet.

Disney Society: What is a day like on the set of Zeke and Luther?

Ryan: Well, normally I have to get in early in the morning…like around 7 or 6. I grab a little something to eat and go over to hair, makeup and wardrobe. Then I will either go to the set or go to school for a little bit. Then we’ll film and have lunch, film more, more school.

Disney Society: Are you currently filming or are you on hiatus right now?

Ryan: We are actually filming season 2. We are all pretty excited about that.

Disney Society: Tell me a little bit about your character Ginger.

Ryan: Ginger loves playing pranks on her brother. She’s very smart, clever and self-sufficient. She also loves to outwit and outsmart her brother. And she’s always looking to make money.

Disney Society: How are you and Ginger a like/different?

Ryan: Well, Ginger is incredibly outspoken and I’m not like that at all. I don’t like to pull pranks on people either.

Disney Society: Do you have any brothers or sisters?

Ryan: I have an older sister.

Disney Society: And you don’t play pranks on her?

Ryan: No (she laughs).

Disney Society: Well, that’s nice of you!

Disney Society: What is your most favorite episode so far?

Ryan: My favorite episode so far would have to be the first one, Bros Go Pro. I got to be their manager and wear a business suit.

Disney Society: Do you have any upcoming projects you can tell us about?

Ryan: Well, we’re not done shooting season 2 until June, so it’s hard to do anything else besides that. And we have to leave things open in case there is a third season.

Disney Society: What do you like doing the most, shooting a TV series or making a movie?

Ryan: I like them both so much! It’s just so much fun. Doing a TV show…you’re that one character for so long and movies, definitely not as long. I just love to be able to be different people. With a TV show, it’s fun to see the same people everyday and get to know them so well.

Disney Society: When you aren’t working, what do you like to do in your free time?

Ryan: I live on a cul-de-sac and my best friend lives two doors down, so I’ll just go knock on her door and we’ll play outside and ride our skateboards. She has a trampoline in her backyard, so we’ll go do that. And I like to dance and sing and other stuff like that.

Disney Society: Do you have some advice you could give other kids who want to act for a living?

Ryan: It’s a very hard industry to break into. It took me about 7 to 8 years to get this show. It’s really hard and it can take a long time, but you can’t give up if this is what you really want. Just keep practicing, take classes and stuff like that.

In "Soul Bucket", Luther tells his grandmother that he and Zeke are in a successful rock band called Soul Bucket, but when she asks them to perform at her birthday party; he must decide if he’s ready to tell her the truth. Meanwhile, Ginger tries to find a new best friend, in "Zeke and Luther," MONDAY, NOVEMBER 2 (7:30 p.m.–8:00 p.m. ET/PT) on Disney XD. 

Zeke and Luther live in a mythical Northern California beach community called Pacific Terrace, where they can be found chilling in the sunny driveway out front, perfecting skateboard tricks in an alleyway behind a nearby mini-mall (dubbed “ramps plus”), or cruising down to the pier overlooking the beautiful Pacific Ocean on their primary mode of transportation, skateboards.

Quick to challenge the boys’ claim to being the best skateboarders in the neighborhood is friend and foe Kojo, also 15. Kojo’s got a big attitude and a big mouth, and takes great pleasure in taking Zeke and Luther down a peg whenever he can. Another thorn in their side is Ginger, Zeke’s 12-year-old sister, who finds her brother’s skateboarding dreams childish, to say the least.

Zeke is a born leader and the brains of the operation. In many ways an average kid, he’s got a messy room and could be getting better grades, but when it comes to their skate boarding aspirations, Zeke is a taskmaster. The only thing that could possibly distract him from his training is the crush he has on his new neighbor from England, Olivia.

In sharp contrast to Zeke, Luther is the decidedly unconventional one of the pair. Kind-hearted, sensitive and easily distracted, Luther always looks to best friend Zeke to get them out of a jam. They have an enduring friendship.

Here’s what Jason had to say about filming the episode, which is called “Stan By Me”:

Disney Society: So, Disney is launching a new network, Disney XD. I saw that you’ll be playing Hunter in Aaron Stone. What can you tell me about that show?

Jason: I am really excited about Aaron Stone. Before I went up there to shoot my episode, they sent me the first 3 episodes and it is so good. It’s totally a boy,action show. They’ve got martial arts fighting. They’ve got really cool computer graphics for these video games that they play. The characters are all really cool. For the episode that I did, I played Hunter who is like a cyborg, terminatortype , who’s the defender of the hero Charlie. So, I show up at school and I am there as his sidekick to help defend him basically. Then I get damaged in a battle and I totally go evil, terminator…trying to destroy Aaron Stone.

What’s so cool is that they have full teams of stunt guys out there. The fight choreography is amazing and my stunt double was really good. But they taught me all of the fight choreography and I was doing like me against three soldiers, martial arts fighters with no experience. But they did a good job at teaching me all of the stuff and I think they are going to actually use a lot of my fighting. I was so excited to shoot that episode.

I am really optimistic that this show is going to be the boy answer to Hannah Montana. I think this show is going to be huge for them.

I can’t wait to see Jason in this episode!

In "Stan By Me", Stan is replaced by Hunter, a hip teenage android who helps Aaron Stone battle The General, but ends up short circuiting and thinks his new mission is to destroy Aaron Stone. Now, Stone needs to find a way to save himself and destroy Hunter before it’s too late. Meanwhile, unbeknownst to Charlie, a Code Ten (dismantlement) has been ordered for Stan in "Aaron Stone," WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 4 (8:00-8:30 p.m., ET/PT) on Disney XD.

The music-filled comedy series "I’m in the Band" follows teenager Tripp Campbell as he joins his favorite "vintage" rock band, Iron Weasel, and sets out to help them make an epic comeback. He’s certainly got his work cut out for him with the trio of rock star misfits, whose stars have fallen so far that they can’t even afford their own housing and are forced to share bunk beds in a guest room at Tripp’s house. Nonetheless, in their own off the wall way, the three stooges will do their best to help Tripp steer through his teenage years with the goal of turning him into a bona fide rock star and giving him the chance to live out his dream. Starring are Logan Miller ("Ghosts of Girlfriends Past") as
