Mickey’s look has definitely changed over the years, as technology has grown. He’s about to get yet another makeover in the video game Epic Mickey. The New York Times reports that in Epic Mickey the "formerly squeaky clean character can be cantankerous and cunning, as well as heroic”.

Also, don’t forget that in honor of the Mouse’s 81st birthday, children celebrating a birthday from now until Christmas, get into the Disneyland theme park for free. All visitors need to do is pre-register on the Disneyland website. The offer ends on December 31st 2009.

Here’s a little about one of our favorite Disney Channel stars:

Demi was born in Dallas, TX as Demetria Devonne Lovato. She has two sisters Dallas Lovato and Madison De La Garza and her mom was a Dallas Cowboys Cheerleader during the the 1982-83 season. Demi can play the piano and the guitar and is quite good at it!

In July 2008, she opened for the Jonas Brothers. That’s when everyone started taking notice of this girl from Dallas. She had the lead role in the Disney Channel Original Movie “Camp Rock” and recently starred alongside her best friend Selena Gomez in “Princess Protection Program”.

Demi was bit by the acting bug when she was only 6. She auditioned for a recurring role on the PBS show “Barney & Friends” in 1992. That’s where she met Selena Gomez! How did Demi make it to the Disney Channel? She went to an open casting call and just this last year, starred in her very own series Sonny with a Chance. In 2008 at a press conference in New York, Disney called Demi “The Next Big Thing”.

Needless to say, Demi has had a great career and she’s only 17!

Here’s Joe’s bio, as well as some other interesting tidbits about the star:

Joseph’s original plan, before becoming a singer, was slightly different than his brothers. He first dreamed of becoming a comedian and wanted to audition for sketch comedy shows,but he was always attached to music and loved listening to different kinds of music, especially rock. In his spare time he enjoys jogging and working out. His favorite color is blue, and some of Joe’s favorite foods are Chicken cutlet sandwiches with mayo, and Chocolate marshmallow ice cream. His favorite movie is Dumb and Dumber, and he enjoys the sport Wiffel Ball.

After rehearsing for a very long time, Selena went back to her room to find some beautiful yellow roses. The yellow rose of Texas, which is where this Disney star is from. This is such a random and short video, but I thought you guys would enjoy it. Zac Efron was on a scooter while on the set of “High School Musical 3″. He must have been going too fast or turned a sharp corner because he fell off!

The look on his face after he fell is hilarious!

Yesterday, Zac Efron spent Vanessa Hudgens’ 20th Birthday with her. He showed up at her house with a bouquet of flowers and a large gift. They later headed to Stanley’s and then went back to Vanessa’s house for a paparazzi-less birthday celebration. They look so cute walking arm and arm.
