Last week, I was able to see a screening of “Bandslam” starring Disney stars Vanessa Hudgens and Aly Michalka. From the clips I saw, I wasn’t really sure what to expect of the movie or the characters. Let me just say I was very pleased with this movie. I loved it!
If you love music as much as I do, then this movie will truly speak to you. I know that may sound corny, but seriously, it’s all about the music.

“Bandslam” starring to of our favorite Disney girls – Vanessa Hudgens, Aly Michalka – is coming to theaters on August 14, 2009. I mentioned the other day that there are screenings of “Bandslam” across the country. Check out the list of theaters and see if they are headed to your area! I am screening the film on August 3rd, so I will let you know what I thought about it.

On August 14th, you can see “High School Musical” star Vanessa Hudgens in “Bandslam”. She co-stars with Aly Michalka (also a Disney gal!), Gaelan Connell & Lisa Kudrow and this is one role I am very interested in seeing Vanessa in. It sounds completely different than her Gabriella role.

Also, across the country there are screenings of “Bandslam”. It’s on a first come first serve basis, but you can check out the list here and see if they are coming to a theater in your town.

Quite a few Disney Stars attended the ‘Twilight’ premiere instead of the BOLT premiere. That doesn’t surprise me. Even though Twilight isn’t a Disney film, it’s HUGE among that age group and I am sure fellow actors and actresses wanted to show their support for the ‘Twilight’ stars. I wonder if Miley Cyrus was offended. What do you think?

Aly & AJ Michalka look absolutely gorgeous! On May 20th, they both attended the Dolce party which was celebrating their 5 year anniversary.
As far as what these two young ladies are up to these days…
