Sisters Aly and AJ Michalka attended the launch of Herve Leger by Max Azria collection on Wednesday (May 6). The event was held at Live! on Sunset in West Hollywood.

Aly and AJ both looked stunning in their dresses for the event. Would you like to know where you could buy one just like it?

AJ’s dress is similar to the Converse Clothing Lace Cami Dress in Steel and is available at Blue Bee. They describe it as “The perfect casual, pretty dress. Converse has a way of creating very wearable and pretty pieces. Textured silk combined with just a touch of lace and a ruffled hem make this a must have.” I love this dress!

Aly’s dress is similar to a Marc Bouwer GlamIt! dress in emerald green. The beading around the neck gives it an extra punch of gorgeousness!

Both girls finished off their look with a great pair of heels and a sexy up-do. These girls always look amazing!

Miley Cyrus recently recorded the song "Santa Claus is Coming to Town" for the new holiday Disney CD All Wrapped Up. The CD comes out later this year sometime. I imagine before Christmas, duh.

Aly & AJ spent the 4th of July at the Six Flags in Bowie, Maryland. As you can see, they had some fun hanging out with Daffy Duck, Foghorn, Bugs Bunny, Tweety Bird and Sylvester.

The girls performed and from what I have heard, they rocked the stage and were a very entertaining act.

Disney Channel stars Aly & AJ are getting their own video game accessories line this fall! They have partnered up with Performance Design Products to launch a line aimed at female gamers.

The first product is coming out in September. It will be a line of guitar controllers for the Wii and PS2 versions of the Guitar Hero series. Wow! Video game accessories. Why would the sisters want to do this?

“We wanted to do something that really speaks to the girls who are fans of these games,” said Aly. “We love the idea of being able to bring them into our music by playing one of our guitars.”

Are Aly & AJ female gamers themselves? They sure are!

“Aly & AJ were an obvious choice for us. They are multi-talented artists who write their own music and are proficient musicians playing guitar, piano and percussion. They are also gamers themselves, and have been instrumental in the design process,” said John Moore, VP of Marketing of PDP.

I think this is a great idea! Good luck to Aly & AJ on their new adventure.

Aly & AJ Michalka look absolutely gorgeous! On May 20th, they both attended the Dolce party which was celebrating their 5 year anniversary.

As far as what these two young ladies are up to these days…

Alyson Michalka is starring as Charlotte Barnes in “Rock On”, which is set to make it debuted sometime in 2009. It’s about a high school outcast’s bond with a popular girl over their shared love of music results in them assembling a rock group that looks to win their school’s upcoming battle of the bands competition.

AJ Michalka is starring as Clarissa in “The Lovely Bones”, which has a release date of October 2009. It’s about a young girl who was brutally raped and murdered, watches the effects of her death on her family from Heaven, as her parents drift apart, her father becomes obsessed with vengeance and her sister grows into the woman she would never be.

It’s good to see that they are working and independently of each other.

Disney Society wants to wish AJ Michalka a very Happy 17th Birthday! Hope you had an amazing day.

I love AJ Michalka’s dress that she wore to the 2008 Kids Choice Awards. Very cute! Here are some stunning pictures of her arrivals from the awards show.

Aly & AJ stopped by the studio where Miley Cyrus was recording yesterday. As the peeps over at BuzzFoto pointed out, the girls couldn’t be dressed any more different than each other. AJ is all summery with her flowered tank dress and Aly is wearing very dark colors with boots and a jacket. They both look great though!
