Tuesday night, May 20th, was the New York premiere of “Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull”. The premiere was hosted at the Magic Johnson Theaters in Harlem, New York City.

Stars Harrison Ford, Shia LeBeouf and Karen Allen were met with screaming fans who braved the rain to catch a glimpse of them.

The film cost $65 million dollars to make and Ford says that he hopes fans have a good time when the film opens. “I’ve seen it with audiences and they had a great time,” said Ford.

LeBeouf said that it was overwhelming to work with the legend that is known as Harrison Ford. “He’s a living legend and there’s not many of those around anymore,” he said.

This fourth installment on the Indiana Jones movie reunites the romantic pair of Ford and Allen. Indiana Jones fans have been waiting for this to happen ever since Raiders of the Lost Ark. I for one can not wait to see this movie and see these two together again!

Jonas Brothers Singing Indiana Jones Song

May 21, 2008 by Julie Bonner

Yesterday on TRL, they showed a video from backstage at Zootopia. I love the part where the Jonas Brothers sing a little of the Indiana Jones song. I bet they will go see the new movie - Indiana Jones: Kingdom of the Crystal Skull!

Thanks Elena!

Shia LaBeouf Injured on Set of Indiana Jones 4

April 8, 2008 by Julie Bonner

Shia LaBeouf recently sat down with MTV News and talked about his new movie coming out Indiana Jones 4: The Kingdom of the Crystal Skull. For the first time, Shia was injured on a movie set:

I pulled a rotator cuff in my hip. It’s the only time in my career I’ve ever been injured. What happened was the injury got worse as the movie went on, I pulled my groin also. The groin is not a good thing to have anything happen to.”

The scene in which he got hurt was actually Shia’s favorite scene in the movie. I can’t wait to see this movie!

On another note, Shai mentioned another project he’ll start working on soon, “we’re gearing up for Transformers in June.” Now THAT is exciting news! Transformers is one of my favorite movies ever.

Indiana Jones 4: Kingdom of the Crystal Skull Official Trailer!

February 15, 2008 by Julie Bonner

Wow, this looks like a great movie! Here is the official movie trailer for Indiana Jones 4: Kingdom of the Crystal Skull.

Here’s what we know about the movie so far:

Release date: May 22, 2008

Plot thus far:

In 1957, Indiana Jones is thrust back in action, venturing into the jungles of South America in a race against Soviet agents to find the mystical Crystal Skull.

When last we saw Indy, he was riding off into the sunset in 1989’s The Last Crusade, set in 1938 near the start of World War II. The new movie, due this spring, is set at the height of the Cold War in 1957, so the character has aged in real time — 19 years.

“He’s teaching and having kind of a quiet life,” the producer says. Once the archaeologist is thrust back into danger, the signature Indiana Jones red line tracing across the map will take him to New Mexico, Connecticut, Mexico City and the jungles of Peru.

I am definitely seeing this movie opening night!!

I love all of the Indiana Jones movies and am super excited about this next movie that will be in theaters May 22, 2008. It’s called Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull.

I have found all kinds of goodies about this new movie and I’ll be sure and bring it all to you.

Here’s a video clip where production designer Guy Hendrix Dyas gives us a tour of Indy’s home. The artifacts they have throughout are just amazing! They did a fantastic job and now I am even more excited! :D
