“Toy Story 3″ Teaser Trailer
May 30, 2009 by Julie Bonner
During the previews before “Up” yesterday, a “Toy Story 3″ teaser trailer was shown. Here it is!
The film is about chatracters “Woody, Buzz, and the rest of their toy-box friends are dumped in a day-care center after their owner, Andy, departs for college.” You’re going to have to wait a year to see this, since it won’t hit the big screen until June 18, 2010.
It’s been 14 years since the original movie. I can’t believe that! So obviously Andy has grown up and who takes their toys with them to college right? “Toy Story 3″ will be in 3D.

Disney/Pixar "Cars" Short Now in Theaters
December 13, 2008 by Julie Bonner
Beginning last night, December 12th, Disney•Pixar premiered it’s very first Disney Digital 3-D™ short film, “Tokyo Mater”, directed by Academy Award®-winner John Lasseter.
The short film will appear before Disney’s BOLT, and is Disney’s fourth short in its “Car Toons” series. The series stars Mater, Lightning McQueen’s trusty and rusty old friend.
In “Tokyo Mater,” a routine tow lands Mater in Tokyo, where he is challenged to a drift-style race against a nefarious gang leader and his posse of ninjas. With the help of his friend, “Dragon” Lightning McQueen, and some special modifications, Mater attempts to drift to victory and become “Tow-ke-O Mater, King of all Drifters.”A
A 2-D version of “Tokyo Mater” will be presented also. They didn’t have BOLT in 3D at the theater I went to, which was a bummer!

Beauty and the Beast in 3D - Coming 2010
November 21, 2008 by Julie Bonner
I just heard on the radio that in 2010, Walt Disney Studios Home Entertainment will be releasing ‘Beauty and the Beast’ in 3D. Disney is all about 3D these days!
The film creators will be taking the original pictures from the film and creating a 3D movie out of them. It’s not an easy task, which is probably why we won’t see it until 2010.
‘Beauty and the Beast’ is one of my all-time favorite Disney movies. I love the story behind it and the fact that I could see this movie in 3D is very exciting. What do you all think about all these 3D movies? Is Disney going overboard, or is this really what audiences want?

Tinker Bell on DVD and Blu-ray October 28th
October 21, 2008 by Julie Bonner
Walt Disney Pictures presents “Tinker Bell” on DVD and Blu-ray October 28th. It’s an all new movie where you get to enter the world of fairies in their secret world called Pixie Hollow. If you are a fan of Peter Pan, you know that Tink doesn’t say much…actually she doesn’t talk at all, but in Tinker Bell the movie, you get to hear her speak for the very first time.
“Hear Tinker Bell (Mae Whitman) speak for the very first time, and unlock the magic of nature with her fairy friends, Fawn (America Ferrera), Iridessa (Raven-Symone), Rosetta (Kristin Chenoweth), and Silvermist (Lucy Liu). The impressive voice cast also includes singer-songwriter Jesse McCartney as Terence, keeper of the pixie dust, and Academy Award® winning actress Anjelica Huston as the voice of Queen Clarion.”
Tinker Bell is the very first Disney picture in a series of films, to feature the fairies. You know what that means right? There will be more. I fell in love with this movie for the animation and the story. And as always, Disney has included some fantastic DVD extras. Here’s a list of what you will see:
- Tinker Trainer - DVD-ROM Activity
- Magical Guide to Pixie Hollow
- Ever Wonder - Discover how fairies put the “wonder” in natural wonders
- Creating Pixie Hollow
- All New Music Video - Performed by Selena Gomez
- Deleted Scenes
Be sure and enter the Tinker Bell DVD contest for the chance to win a gift set! For a couple of Tinker Bell fun activities, see below. Read more

Raven Symone ‘Tinker Bell’ Premiere
October 20, 2008 by Julie Bonner
Raven Symone plays the voice of Iridessa in the Walt Disney Movie "Tinker Bell". I haven’t heard much about Raven lately, although she did recently update her blog ranting about the media and trying to squash some recent rumors about herself. She seemed a tad bit upset.
You can get Tinker Bell on DVD and Blu-ray October 28th. More pictures of Raven below.

Selena Gomez ‘Tinker Bell’ Premiere
October 20, 2008 by Julie Bonner
On October 19th, Selena Gomez attended the "Tinker Bell" premiere in Los Angeles at the El Capitan Theatre. Tinker Bell makes its way on DVD and Blu-ray October 28th. I have already seen the movie and will have a review later on today.
The night was full of green. Green dresses, green carpet…and Selena’s green dress is adorable. She has definitely shown that she knows how to dress for these premieres. She always looks classy and sophisticated, but while still looking her age. She never seems to over do it like a lot of young stars do.
Selena recorded the song and music video Fly to Your Heart for Tinker Bell.
