Wizards of Waverly Place “Night at the Lazerama” Airs November 6th

Dan Benson, who plays Zeke in Wizards of Waverly Place, was at a signing in Vancouver, Canada yesterday. My friend Arieanna managed to snag a picture of him as he posed with a fan.
Not only has Dan played Zeke in Wizards episodes such as “Wizard for a Day” and “Wizards & Vampires vs Zombies”, but he has been in several other shows you will recognize. He also had roles in American Dream, Phil of the Future and Zoey 101.

Disney Channel Orders More Episodes of “Wizards of Waverly Place”!

I have some great news for fans of Wizards of Waverly Place! Disney Channel has ordered more episodes of the hit show for season 3. This brings the episodic count to 86 episodes thus far, plus a blockbuster Disney Channel Original Movie that premiered in August.
When making the announcement, Gary Marsh, president, Entertainment, Disney Channels Worldwide, said: "The appeal of ‘Wizards’ is simple: it’s our extraordinary cast. This is undoubtedly one of the strongest comedic ensembles on television. When you couple that with an incredibly gifted writing and producing team, the result is pure comedic magic."

“Franken-girl” Promo for Wiz-tober

Wizards of Waverly Place is returning to the Disney Channel for a third season and Wiz-tober is returning for a second time! If you are not familiar with Wiz-tober on Disney Channel, it’s all about Halloween themed programming.

As I mentioned earlier today, the cast of Wizards of Waverly Place were well received at the D23 Expo. The crowd went nuts when they took to the stage and David Henrie was proposed to! (I’ll show you that video clip in a minute.)

“Wizards of Waverly Place” Cast Greeted Like Rockstars at D23 Expo

Yesterday was the highly anticipated event at the D23 Expo with the cast of Wizards of Waverly Place. The LA Times is saying that they were greeted with “rock-star adulation” and throngs of adolescents and their parents screamed “We Love You!” and snapped pictures like the paparazzi.
I knew this was going to be one very popular event! Yesterday was a big day for the cast and show. Not only were they shown much love at the D23 Expo, but they also won an Emmy Award from the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences for Outstanding Children’s Program. What a …read more
