February 21, 2009 by Julie Bonner

25100PCN_JoBro26 A spokesperson for the Jonas Brothers has denied rumors that the Jonas Brothers have formed their own record label called “Jonas Group”.

Instead, it is the name of management company formed by their dad and longtime artist manager/promoter Philip McIntyre.

They did confirm that they have signed Honor Society for a production deal, not a record contract.

In other Jo Bros news, here is a clip of the song “Love Is on Its Way”, which is in their upcoming movie “Jonas Brothers: The 3D Concert Experience”.
