What are Hannah Montana stars Miley Cyrus and Emily Osment’s plans for Valentine’s Day? Miley wants to stay at home, but Emily plans on spending it with her girlfriends.

Miley says she “loves to chill out at home, eat lots of food and rent movies”. She’s also planning on getting crafty by making some picture frames and collages.

Emily is excited that Valentine’s Day coincides with a holiday so she doesn’t have to go to school. Emily says, "I want to have a big V-Day party with all my girl friends."
