Can Jemma McKenzie Brown Carry on a Sharpay-Like Role in HSM4?

Jemma McKenzie-Brown made her splash on the big screen in High School Musical 3, by playing Sharpay’s assistant. For those of you who have seen it, you know what happens at the end of the movie.
Last week I asked you if you though Matt Prokop could carry on the lead role in High School Musical 4. Here’s how you voted:

i’m sorry, but i just think she is so annoying. i usually love british accents, but hers is very irritating.
Eww……I think Sharpay’s role is so hard to do.Ashley is really great.She has to get more for her honor than Vanessa!!!She is really awesome!!but if i live in America,I will join the audition for Sharpay’s role.

I dont think anyone can really carry on HSM’s legacy. I don’t think they should even carry on the franchise anymore if the main characters are not going to be in it. It would not be the same. I love the movies, but I think this is going way to far. They should stop while they are ahead, every movie has the same-basic plot. Seeing it over and over and over again in a different movie is going to get boring. Sorry, but I wish them the best of luck if they continue with the franchise.
yes i think she can she was super great in hsm 3 when she tried to steal shaprys part in the muscical!
yea she is supper annoying….i hate her accent and i just dont understand why they would make another movie….i guess too make money of course….but i serously do not see those three students carrying the lead role…i probably wouldnt see the movie even if it was made

i was recently in the high school musical onstage and i played sharpay. I could totally take that role over. in past productions of plays i have been in, i played really mean people! tell me when auditions for backup dancers and lead roles are and i will come! i live in manitowoc wisconsin

sorry, but I don’t think that new actors, or actress would replace: v,ash,zac,lucas,moniq,and corbin
they have too make a new character.
and I thin Jemma doesn’t sing good as good as Sharpay. (actually I don’t think that she could sing)
The new actors (and actress) in HSM 3 were very mediocre compared to the old timers Corbin, Monique, Lucas, Ashley, Zac, and Vanessa. They are OK, but I don’t think they would be able to pull off a fourth movie on their own. As in Jemma’s case… she lacks something Ashley has for a Sharpay-like role and that is maturity. I mean the character itself wasn’t ‘mature’ I mean by this is that the girl does not fit into the character quality all that well for a “mean girl” lead. They probably should have given her a different type of character instead of a mini-version of Sharpay reborn. Harsh…but that is my opinion.
