The cast of "High School Musical 3: Senior Year" talk about working with director Kenny Ortega. It’s a behind-the-scenes look into the movie and it’s apparent that the stars of the show adore Mr. Ortega.

Here’s what the cast members have to say about him.

Monique Coleman, "Watching him work…I feel so lucky."

Vanessa Hudgens, "Without Kenny Ortega, High School Musical would not be what it is."

Corbin Bleu, "He knows what he wants and he makes a good speech."

They also talk about the energy he brings to the set and the amazing talent that he has found for this movie. I remember Zac Efron saying that working on the High School Musical movies is almost like a vacation. Not because it’s easy, but because Kenny makes sure everyone has fun and that they love what they are doing.

He definitely sounds like an amazing man, who loves what he does for a living. And he has one of the cutest dogs I have ever seen. Here’s the clip:
