J.O.N.A.S.! Audition Information

J.O.N.A.S. audition information has been released over at the Film and Television Auditions blog. Here’s a little bit about the auditions and who they are looking for (Thanks Jonny!):

Casting for J.O.N.A.S! has started. The casting directors are seeking submissions for the following roles:

Macy - Female 14 to 17 years old, caucasian. This is a series regular contract role to play the best friend of “Stella Malone” who is played by Chelsea Staub.

Macy’s Mom - 38 to 48 years old, caucasion. Also a series regular contract role.

Please put the role that you are submitting for on the outside of the envelope.

J.O.N.A.S. will be coming to the Disney Channel sometime this fall. Here’s the story line for those of you who don’t know it yet:

Three brothers, rocking out and taking the world by storm. But they aren’t just doing this through their music! Meet the Jonas Brothers. Three extraordinary and musically talented brothers leading a double life! To the world, they are the super awesome heart throb rock stars known as the Jonas Brothers, but behind all this, they are J.O.N.A.S., Junior Operatives Networking as Spies. In this world of darkness and evil, these three brothers, with the help of their secret agent dad must thwart the evil deeds of Dr. Harvey Fleischman, an evil dentist bent on take over the world’s young adults. However, thwarting evil and saving the world can be difficult when you’re also going to high school, keeping their secret identity from Mom, and being stalked by Stella Malone, a teenage reporter working undercover who’s trying to get the behind-the-scenes scoop on your up-and-coming band.

Not only are Kevin, Joe and Nick starring in the show as themselves, but so is the “Bonus Jonas” Frankie. I can’t wait to see their little brother act. I have a feeling he may steal the show. ;)

    i want to audition to be macy but i am only turning 14 on november 3 but i really want this part some people think i am 16 but im not i am only 13, and for a mexican girl i can act relly white so say my friends, it is just because of my family i am going to try really hard to get this part.     hi umm i just got back from seeing them tonight and i am a really great actor but im a girl haha.
    but i would love to be a part of acting it is my dream and it has always has been and i have been trying to find a way to get in to acting and i would love if u could thinking about puting me as this part. thank you and if u need some one that can do sports i have done softball for one year and wrestling for three ummm im going on my 6th year of cheerleading three year of basket ball and volley ball and 2nd year of soccer if u need any thing im always open plus i have been in plays so im ready for any thing thank you.

    I would LOVE to be Macy!
    My 14th birthday is coming up on August 22nd.
    I’ve always been looking for auditions for Disney Channel. It’s always been a dream of mine to be part of it!!! To just get the chance to audition would be WONDERFUL. I will try my best! I’ve also been dancing for about 8 or 9 years now if that helps. I will do anything for this part and if there’s anything I can do, I’ll do it!

    Hey my name is Mandy and am 14 years old i have done some acting as a girl and have been in a ministry team for five years. I would love to play the part of Macy. I can sing and have been singing ever since i was four. Me and my sister teach drama, I am told I dance good. I can play Guitar, Piano and Bass. I think being part of this would be great and I’m more then willing to help out. I am a quick learner.

As soon as i read about Macy i absolutely loved her i would very much like to play the part of Macy in J.O.N.A.S. I promise that if i was to get this part i would give it my all.

    also for further information on school/sports: i will going into my junior year of high school. and i have been doing cheerleading for 7 years and this year will be my 8 year. as for softball i have also been playing for 7 years with this year as my 8 year. for softball i am a pitcher and can play infield or outfield, just not catcher.

    hi this is marissa again. this is what i wrote before - hey. my name is Marissa. I really would love to play Macy. i 14 years old turning 15 on October 2. I’m 5′ 7 1/2″ tall, i have brown hair and i way 130lbs. I have no training in acting but i find parts of scripts all the time and try to practice them. It would be a dream come true to be considered for this part. My only question is do you have to live in California to audition?

    also, i have blue/green eyes i run track, i cheerleaded the past 3 years, i danced for about 4 or 5 years, played volley ball for 2, and i did soccer and gymnastics when i was little. i am a very hard worker and i always try my best. i know if i set my mind to something i can acheive it. i can memorize things pretty easily as well. and i am also a big fan of the Jonas Brothers. i do not have any professional headshots done, but i have many pictures that i have taken of myself plus i have some professional ones from last summer. i look pretty much the same except my hair is lighter but i think i am going to dye it a little darker again. they are also with my family, so it’s not just me.     Hey! It has always been my dream to act. I have been in a couple of school plays and i LOVE to dance. I am 5′3, caucasion and have brown,chestnut hair. I always set my mind to things I want. And I want this. I am 16 years old and have never been off of honor roll. My dedication is also seen through my tennis season. Last year, as the only freshman on Varsity, I had to work extremely hard to compete with the older girls. I never gave up. I love to act and I was also voted best comedian in class superlatives. I am 5′1… i have black hair that gradually gets lighter meaning my roots are a light brown and my roots are a lot darker. i have natural red/chesnut color highlights.     I’m Erin and im 14 years old. Im not in the popular group at school and im not in the nerd group either. Personally im friends with both and I think its perfectly fine… Im just like the people on “saved by the bell”. I really want to act but its the hardest thing to get noticed by someone. I go online almost everyday and look for auditions in my area. I know if i get the role… and the chances of that are very slim, it would make my life so much better. Im not rich and my house isnt a mansion, and my parents probably dont have the money to send me on a plane to hollywood to be in this. But they know how much i want to act and they know how much i love the jonas brothers so they will probably give me a chance and spend all the money we have on this for me. We all have to start somewhere and i want to start as the role of macy. I have long brown hair and side bangs. im 5 foot. And im Turkish … so far i havent seen any turkish people on disney and this is a unique ethnicity for people that live around here. Uhmm i play sports. im the only girl on my baseball team….actually league; and im one of the pirchers. I also play softball and im starting shortstop for my school team. And i play basketball and soccer. My friends think im funny…and they love when i do my magic tricks. I can skateboard and snowboard and i won the positive attitude and kindness award at my middle school graduation.     I’m 12 and turning 13 in august, but I think I could pass for 14.
    I’m 5′2 and weight about 100 pounds.
    I have dark brown eyes, black hair, and medium colored skin.
    I’m half vietnamese and half pakistani.
    I’ve never acted in my entire life but I really really want to!
    I promise that I’d give 100% probably even more if I got this role!
    I can be very shy, but also outgoing.
    I’ve played soccer for 8 years, baseball 3?, dance about 3 or 4, cross country 1, swimming about 5, and basketball for 3 or 4 years.
    Sometimes I can be a real big tomboy, but sometimes a real big girly girl, I guess It just depends on what I feel like being.
    And if I didn’t make this movie then I would really like to be on another disney channel show or movie.
    But hey I have to be optimistic :)
    If I got this role as Macy I bet my family and I would be so happy.

    I am 14 years old and I would love to be Macy , actually I would be anyone as long as I’m on the show! I love the Jonas Brothers and i love acting! It would be such an honor if I could be on a show with the Jonas Brothers! I also love Disney Channel, I want to be on a Disney Channel show one of these days, I would love to be on Hannah Montana too!     Hello, my name is Wendy I’m 17 years young!
    Right now i live in Burbank, CA. I really would love to be an actress. I went to Seacoast for about 5 years and it was a fine arts department with dance, drama and flags and i was in dance and flags and did a little drama!
    Each year we had 2 performances one in nov. and one in may. i was in 10 of those performances. They were a blast!
    I would be honored to be on this show! I work hard to get what i want. I will do what it takes to get on this show.

    I am only 12 but i look like a 15 or 16 year and i would soooooo love to act the part for macy and to be in camprock 2 this is a really great opportunity I Love the jonas brothers!!
    I also dont care if im an extra but macy part would totally fit me….thanx

    i really would love to audition for j.o.n.a.s. i love to act and sing it’s my passion. i have dreamed of acting all my life and i used to go to john robert powers for acting classes=]] and i would love to get a chance to work with the jonas brothers and chelsea staub. it would be amazing.

    hi its tiffany i’d really like to be on this show i now every one says that. i have vocal lessons every week now. i’m big in sports i have dance classes i also have acting i have been in 4 plays 1 musical 5 talent shows, and 3 times i had to sing for my school as lead because they said i had a good voice. i study acting every day and rehearse lines now. i im 12 i look 14-15, im 5foot 2inches and my number is 443-624-8234

    Hi people! My name is Hanna and i LOVE acting. Macy sounds like it would be fun and a great experience. Speaking of experience, I don’t have much. I tried out for the school play and i didn’t make it because a part didn’t fit my look.

    I have light brown hair that is almost shoulder length. I am 13, but people have mistaken me for being 16. I have eyes that change colors from blue to green to gray. I weigh 164 pounds, but it definetly doesn’t look like it. I am 5′ 5 1/2″.

    WOW! there are so many talented people trying out for this role.I am really intimidated. I wish everyone luck, but (no offense) I hope I get the role of Macy.

    Hi, my name is Sydney Williams. I would love to audition for the role of Macy. I am fifteen years old and i have blonde hair and blue eyes. i am 5′ 5” and i can make myself look older or younger. I have curly hair… but i straighten too so i can have it either way. I have done many acting classes and have been in a number of plays. I have dreamed to be an actress for a while and it would be a dream come true to get this part.

    my name is diala, probably nobody is going to read this becuase there are millions of girls writing but i just wanted to say i love acting and even though i am only 13,and i’m kinda skiny,and i have never been in any plays but i am a good singer amd have been dancing for 10 years, ballet,jazz,and tap. And i live in a small town called hendersonville in north carolina and i asked my dad if i could audtion for macy but he said that we cant afford to fly out to california wich also means i have to quit dancing i would love to be in J.O.N.A.S of course you can’t contact me since i don’t have a website.best of luck for who wins the part
