Selena Gomez Says Wizards of Waverly Place Cast is the Closest Cast Yet

How close is the cast of Wizards of Waverly Place? Selena Gomez told Popstar that they are the closest cast the Disney Channel has seen yet.
“I can say confidently that we are the closest Disney Channel cast yet and Disney Channel has even said it themselves. They said that we’re such a huge family and everybody clicked immediately.”
How does Selena feel about her on-screen siblings?
“David’s like my older brother – we’ve gone through so much, me and him, and he looks out for me and I can always call him. Jake’s like my little brother – he comes to me for fashion advice…it’s hilarious! I got him into the Converse and vest-wearing and he just looks so cute. He’s going through the whole girl issue, too. I love working with them!”
Since Selena is an only sibling, I bet it’s nice to have a close family-like relationship with her co-stars. I think David Henrie and Jake T. Austin are good guys to be watching out for her!
