Nintendo’s “Get Fit with Alyson”
Premiering today is “Get Fit With Alyson” at www.getfitwithalyson.com.
Tribe Pictures has teamed up with Alyson Stoner and created a new original web series starring the “Camp Rock” star.
It’s designed to inspire teens to live a healthy lifestyle. The web series is 3 minutes long and it features Alyson, along with other teens, doing a fun exercise routine. There’s also an unscripted chat with the cast about things that are on their minds, as well as Alyson’s personal musings “The World According to Alyson.”
Nintendo is sponsoring the show and they have also created “Get Wii Fit With Alyson“. It features Alyson working on the Wii balance board in aerobics, yoga, balance games like ski jumping and soccer, and strength training.
This sounds like a great program and just in time for summer! So, get off that couch and go check out Alyson’s new webisode. Just think how awesome you’ll look when you head back to school. :D

I am working to lose some weight this summer so that I can be healthier.
