Pictures of Zac Efron’s 2008 MTV Movie Awards Arrivals

Zac Efron did win the “Breakthrough Performance” award at the 2008 MTV Movie Awards. You can see the video of him accepting his award here. Zac definitely looked surprised when his name was called. He was given a big hug and kiss on the cheek by girlfriend Vanessa Hudgens. Check out the video of them in the audience here.

When Zac accepted his award he said, “Thank you very much for the award. I can’t believe I was even nominated!”

After the awards show, he was greeted by Vanessa and he told her that he was so freaked out about being on stage. You can see what else he said about the trophy to Vanessa here.

Needless to say, this was a good night for Zac and I think he deserves it! His performance in Hairspray was amazing! Congrats to Zac Efron from Disney Society!
