Another Musical Set in a High School?

This is interesting news….
Disney has supposedly gotten Steven Antin to write and direct an untitled music-driven project. The title and plot of the movie are tightly being kept under wraps, but they are saying it is a musical set in a high school, geared towards a Disney audience. Let’s see, where have I heard that before…it sounds so familiar. Oh yes, it sounds just like High School Musical!! Weird. Could they maybe be talking about High School Musical 4 or possibly just another one all together. Who knows, but I’ll keep a look out for this upcoming project.

Sounds like a copy of HSM…….but HSM has been so popular it would only make sense to make more musicals set in high school.
If this gets picked up, please let me know if they have audition sin Florida or what we can do to get an audition.

I can’t imagine why they’d be talking about HSM4 without mentioning it by name. Then again, Disney ripping off its own project seems weird, too. I can’t quite work this one out.
