Film Date and Location of the Hannah Montana Movie

Well, we’ve all heard that part of the Hannah Montana Movie will be filmed in Tennessee. We now have an official start date for filming and also a possible city name in Tennessee where the filming will take place.
Start date: May 1, 2008
City: Columbia, Tennessee
Disney producers have said that they know it’s going to be a little hard to control all the fans that will show up at the film site, so they are talking about a possible meet-and-greet to hopefully satisfy the fans. I’ll keep you updated on that.
The Mayor of Columbia, TN said that Disney scouts looked at several different downtown locations to film including the Square Market and Cafe.
“According to the script it fit just what they were looking for so we’re hoping to hear back from just any time,” said restaurant co-owner Liz Lovell.
