Will There be a Camp Rock 2?

We haven’t even see the first Camp Rock movie and there are already talks of a sequel!
Maria Canals-Barrera, who plays the mom on Wizards of Waverly Place, says that the highly anticipated Camp Rock movie is already spawning talks of a sequel or two. From what she has seen, she expects the Camp Rock sequel to be a theatrical release.
Maria also predicts that this will be another High School Musical type hit. She says, “The music is fantastic and the dancing is amazing, killer hip-hop dancing.”
What does she have to say about the Camp Rock story and her part:
“”I loved the script. It’s a great romantic story. Demi Lovato plays my daughter in the movie, and she falls for Joe Jonas’s character, and he falls for her. And I really loved my part in ‘Camp Rock,’” says Canals-Barrera. “It’s another great parent role that is integral to the story, with her realizing and accepting and being happy about who she is and where she’s at in life.”

Camp Rock 2 ? I dont know… I mean we havent even seen the first! Why do i get the sense that they’re trying to make this BIGGER than HSM ? HSM is and will always be my favorite movie. I think disney is trying a little to hard to make another movie just as good if not better than HSM and HSM2. Well we’ll have to see. I think it’ll be awesome. Just not as awesome as the HSM’s

It will be interesting to see how well it does. I can’t imagine it being at HSM level, but who knows. People love their Jonas!

Go Katherina! MILEY HATERS RULE! Hate to break it to you Maria, Miley is a fake! Hence the Body Double! and her dad writes her songs, and she lip sings.
Um Emily, i really dont feel like getting in to the whole body double thing but its obvious that she needed it to change back in to miley. Keep in mind she’s playing 2 different people. Oh and by the way the body double was only on screen for like 1 minute. Who cares if her dad writes her songs? And when exactly does she lip sync? A lot of people lip sync…

i don’t know about this camp rock but i do know that there are the Jonas Brothers…………and they are my fave guys!!!!!!!!!!……….and i think that i’ll love this and i think that i wanted this to have part 3 like camp rock1,2 and 3!!!!!!!!!!
